2.) What will happen to my orders and filings?
- Orders, records and filings will continue to be accessible throughout the remaining lifetime of our platforms (Zing™, Evedent™, PerfectFiler™ and PerfectMatters™). However, these orders will be “read-only”, meaning that no further actions may be made on behalf of them.
- Evedent™ and Zing™ will continue to function until January 15, 2021. During this time, all data will continue to be accessible- however we are no longer accepting new orders.
- PerfectFiler™ and PerfectMatters™ has stopped accepting new orders as of December 17, 2021. Since this data is stored on your local server, all existing data will continue to be accessible through the software installed on your device. However, we intend to discontinue supporting the software on December 30, 2021 meaning that no new filings can be processed through the software after this point in time.
